Because all Afroda garments are custom-made and tailored to your measurements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.
Re Stocking Fee
Afroda don’t charge for any re stocking fee as we don’t accept returns or exchanges.
Made-to-Measure Items
Each piece is custom-crafted based on the measurements and style preferences you provide. To ensure the best fit, please double-check all measurements and order details before completing your purchase, as adjustments cannot be made after production begins.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery at info@afroda.online or reach out to our WhatsApp number on our website.
Include the following:
Your order number
Clear photos of the issue
Our team will review your case and provide a resolution if the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within the first 24 hours of placing them.
Because production begins shortly after, once your garment has entered the tailoring process, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
